- **Role**: Sales Support Administrator
- **Location**:Stockport
- **Salary**: Up to £25,000 DOE
- **Hours**:36.25 hours per week. Monday to Thursday 8:45am to 5pm and Friday 8:45am-3pm

**Duties as a Sales Support Administrator will include but not be limited to**:

- Providing support to the Account Managers and Exporting Team.
- Operating SAP to complete customer orders, add new codes and prices into the system.
- Inputting all relevant information into Excel.
- Completing follow-up calls to confirm all relevant details are correct including price checking, sample requests, chasing estimations and ensuring all relevant documentation is completed.
- Building and maintaining customer relationships, ensuring that they are kept up to date with the progress of their orders and dealing with any additional questions or queries.
- Assisting with the promotion of offers to customers during seasonal demands to help with sales growth.
- Completing sample requests, ensuring dispatch co-ordinating receipt and booking samples into stock.
- Completing market research as and when required.
- Liaising with the Marketing and e-commerce team to discuss approved images.
- Finalizing customer confirmations and creating and arranging codes to be raised where necessary.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent attention to detail with good Administrative skills.
- Proven experience working with a Sales Support or Customer Service roles.
- Previous experience working with Microsoft Excel.
