**Job Title: Experienced Male Practical Support Assistant**

**Location: City of London**

**Type: Part-Time (2-3 Days a Week)**

Are you a skilled and enthusiastic individual with experience in maintenance and practical support? We are looking for a capable Practical Support Assistant to provide essential assistance to a physically challenged individual, working on high-end properties in and around London. If you have the necessary skills and qualifications, including your own vehicle, we encourage you to apply.

As a Practical Support Assistant, your role will encompass a wide range of practical tasks to ensure the smooth operation and maintenance of high-end properties.

**Key responsibilities include**:
Maintenance Skills: Performing handyman tasks, such as fixing drawers, hanging doors, basic electrical work (changing sockets and lights), and general property upkeep.

Driving: Using your own car for transportation, demonstrating the adaptability and reliability of a dedicated assistant. You must have your own vehicle.

Cleaning: Conducting general cleaning and maintenance duties to maintain the properties in top condition.

Physical Support: Providing essential physical support, including lifting, carrying bags, and assisting with equipment and logístical tasks.

Flexibility: Adapting to various situations, maintaining a sense of humour, and handling change confidently.

Interpersonal Skills: Effectively managing interactions and navigating challenging situations with a positive attitude.

Confidentiality: Maintaining strict confidentiality and trustworthiness.

**Qualifications and Skills**:

- Proven experience in maintenance and handyman tasks.
- Knowledge of basic electrical work (changing sockets and lights).
- A valid driver's license and access to your own vehicle.
- Enthusiastic and proactive attitude.
- Non-smoker and non-vaper due to health conditions.
- Ability to work on high-end properties with attention to detail.
- A clean and professional appearance.

Additional Requirements:

- A valid DBS (Disclosure and Barring Service) check is required.
- Flexibility to work 2-3 days a week, with a 7.30 am arrival for an 8.00 am start on building sites in the City of London and Camden.

**Salary**: From £15.00 per hour

Expected hours: No more than 37 per week
