We are currently recruiting for a Credit Middle office Analyst with Japanese Language skills for a 6 Fixed term contract

Profile Summary

As a member of Credit Middle, you will be providing quality support on assessing & monitoring credit risk on EUCB1’s portfolio. The strong communication skill is essential as you will be communicating with various parties inside and outside the department as a mediator. The team is responsible to manage and submit various reports related to the credit risk and the bank and regulators’ policies so the attention to details, time management skill, basic Microsoft Office skills are also required. This role also covers basic PA tasks such as expenses and ordering stationaries.

**Responsibilities**:
Duties
・ Preparing the weekly/monthly due date management reports to support Credit Analysts and Relationship Managers.
・ Preparing the various reports to submit to Head Office and MD(GM).
・ Managing original documents.
・ Creating or updating new or existing procedures if necessary.
・ Taking care of Joiners and Leavers procedures.
・ Arranging trainings.
・ Taking care of any ad hoc duties.
・ As a part of PA team, processing expenses and pre and post approvals for business trips and gift & entertainment.
・ Ordering stationaries.

Compliance responsibilities
・ Comply with various regulations related to banking business.
・ Comply with internal policies and procedures.

Qualifications, Skills and Experience

**Qualifications**:
・ Ability to demonstrate knowledge of commercial banking essential.
・ Proficient Microsoft Office User.
・ Fluency in English and Japanese.

Skills and Experience
・ Very good organisational and time management skills.
・ Very good communication skills - both written and oral.
