Established Facilities Management organisation seeks an experienced **Contract Development Manager** to be accountable for all Contract Management activities associated to Hard Services for assigned clients, ensuring both PPM and Reactive worksare completed, sites are compliant, organic growth and client liaison as required.

The role of **Contract Development Manager** is offered as a permanent contract with a competitive salary plus company benefits (pension, life assurance). This is an exciting opportunity for a determined, passionate, hardworking individual.

**Contract Development Manager** duties**:

- All legislative requirements are adheredto.
- Customerliaison,includingmeetingclientsandensuringenquiriesarepromptlyprocessedandrespondedto.
- Meeting SLA and KPI requirements, keeping clients updated on projects and works.
- Carrying out site visits in response to enquiries, this will include requesting information, liaising with contractors, assessing any risks and obtaining sufficient information to ensure that quotations can be raised.
- Ensuring quality, health & Safety and environmental processes are followed.
- Monitoring of all active jobs ensuring planning and escalations are in place as required systems are updated.
- Assistance with management and leadership of the property services team as required including overseeing the allocation of work, attendance and performance management, motivation and the provision of advice and support to the team asrequired.

Skills needed for a **Contract Development Manager**:

- Minimum of 5 years’ experience of Contract Management for Hard Services within the FM industry.
- Experience in contract tender processes.
- Technical background in M&E preferred.
- Attention to detail and high level of accuracy.
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Office.

Location: Abingdon

Hours: Monday - Friday,8am to 4.30pm

**Salary**: £40,000 - £50,000 p.a
