My client is actively seeking an experienced Healthcare Contracts Manager that has demonstrated experience with managing relationships within a FCA regulated environment to join their award-winning team based in Peterborough on a full-time permanent basis.

**LOCATION: PETERBOROUGH AND FIELD-BASED**
**SALARY: £40,000 - £45,000 (NEGOTIABLE)**
**HOURS: MONDAY TO FRIDAY**
Within this role you will be focused on building long-lasting business relationships with insurance providers and healthcare establishments to establish long-lasting relationships associated with services and products and services that align with customer andbusiness needs.
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Ensure that business procedures are in line within FCA guidelines
- Effectively manage appointments to ensure that you are developing relationships with external insurance providers
- Produce and interpret reports to support business objectives and identity commercial trends
- Identify new business opportunities
- Develop and provide guidance to services and products available to all clients

This role would suit a commercially orientated individual that has demonstrated the ability to manage relationships and contracts within a FCA regulated environment.

**_We are looking to speak with individuals that have exposure/worked in the following roles or sectors: healthcare, contracts management, medical insurance and life insurance._**
- Experience within a regulated environment (Essential)
- Demonstrated ability to work within contractual environment
- Strong commercial awareness
- Demonstrated ability to build and maintain relationships
- Strong negotiation skills
- Analytical approach with a keen ability to behave like a problem-solver
