**We are looking for dedicated guest experience members to join our hard-working team at Jurassic Cove Adventure Golf Nottingham.**

Jurassic Cove is Nottingham's latest must-visit family attraction, home to 18 holes of roar-some adventure golf fun Opened for the summer of 2023, Jurassic cove is situated on Stockhill Lane. We are looking for staff to join our team who are passionate about providing great customer service and care to maintain this amazing experience.

Responsibilities and duties include:

- Greeting and serving customers and interacting with our valued guests with a smile
- Providing good customer service
- Cash-handling, processing payments and operation of the till and booking software
- Responding to customer enquires and complaints through online channels and phone calls, as well as on-site
- Monitoring and supervision of the course to assist the manager
- Assistance in the general day-to-day upkeep and maintenance of the site's facilities
- Ensuring a consistent approach is maintained amongst all colleagues

Person Specification:

- Great customer service skills, effective communication skills and a positive, outgoing, fun and vibrant personality
- A passion for entertaining customers and providing amazing experiences
- Honest, reliable and a responsible individual with a strong positive attitude and work ethic
- Good timekeeping and organisational skills
- Able to work under pressure in a busy environment
- Able to think and act quick on your feet to respond to any challenges or issues that could arise during a busy work day
- Are able to offer good availability on weekdays and weekends (including bank holidays)
- This is a full-time role of up to 40 hours per week, but this can change seasonally, so applicants must be over the age of 18

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time
Part-time hours: 40 per week

**Salary**: £10.45-£11.00 per hour
