About Otterburns
Otterburns is a brand new, dynamic and upscale destination in Runcorn, Cheshire, offering a unique blend of daytime coffee house transitioning to an evening wine bar and restaurant, serving tapas, small plates together with, sharing plate dining, wine expertise, and a relaxed grill atmosphere in the evenings with a vibrant ambiance.
**Responsibilities**:
- Oversee daily operations of the restaurant by serving customers with exceptional quality
- Maintain a clean and organized environment
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues or complaints promptly
- Implement and enforce company quality procedures
- Foster a positive work environment and promote teamwork among staff
**Requirements**:
- Previous experience in an experienced serving/waiting role, preferably in a restaurant setting
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a team
- Knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices - level 2 hygiene
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
