About the Role

Total Staff Services is seeking a dynamic and experienced professional to lead the Aseptic Services Unit at our Runcorn site. As an ASU Team Leader, you will be responsible for driving excellence in product quality, ensuring efficient operations, and supporting the company's growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and motivate the ASU team to achieve high standards in daily operations and product delivery.
  • Develop the compounding centre internally, building strong relationships to support the company's position as a leading provider.
  • Oversee recruitment, training, and staff engagement to ensure top performance.
  • Analyze and share performance data, driving continuous improvement.
  • Support the strategic growth of the unit by participating in company development initiatives.
  • Set operational objectives to ensure timely and quality output, implementing corrective actions when needed.
  • Maintain high compliance with quality assurance, safety standards, and corporate policies.
  • Attend management meetings, contributing proactively to the business strategy and customer satisfaction.
Requirements
  • Degree, Diploma, or HNC qualification (or equivalent)
  • Experience in Aseptic, pharmaceutical, or medical devices sectors
  • Proven management experience and relevant qualifications
  • Strong knowledge of GMP requirements and the ability to drive process changes
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and leadership skills
