Sheridan Maine are recruiting for an experienced Purchase Ledger Assistant on a permanent basis to join a well-known market leading business who have been undergoing a period of expansion, with further plans for growth and acquisitions.
This role offers an excellent working environment within a supportive and established team and the option of a hybrid working pattern, 2 days working from home and 3 days in the office with flexible start and finish times.
Key responsibilities:

- Liaising with suppliers to ensure invoices and credits are received and to resolve any purchase ledger related queries
- Reconciliation of supplier statements
- Matching invoices to purchase orders
- Processing supplier invoices and credits
- Supporting the Manager in processing weekly payments
- Previous experience working in a similar purchase ledger role
- A committed team player with strong communication skills
- Highly organised with the ability to produce accurate work to tight deadlines
- Excellent attention

You are required to be eligible to work in the UK full time without restriction.
