Multi Services Assistant - URGENT

1x 12 month Maternity Cover

£21,400

Nottingham (NG1) - Fulltime - 37.5 hours per week

The Multi Services Assistant will work as part of a team to provide the highest level of customer service to our clients and support to the Team Leader and Business Services Manager.

Whilst the list of tasks in this document is not exhaustive, the Multi Services Assistant may cover any combination of the tasks set out below.

The Job:

- Collecting filing from designated areas.
- Returning files to designated areas or destroy where required following the correct procedures.
- Scanning/copying of documents as requested.
- Returning completed jobs to designated areas.
- Processing all personal papers for storage, including wills, power of attorney and title packets.
- Following the daily open and closure process in line with standard procedure.
- Ensuring all paperwork and tracking sheets are correctly completed and recorded.
- Being aware of the day to day health and safety requirements surrounding working area.

The Experience:

- Customer focused, with experience in a customer service environment.
- Well presented with a professional manner.
- Effective communicator at all levels, both written and oral.

The Package:
In return the Multi Services Assistant will receive a salary of £21,400, and benefits which includes Private Medical Insurance, Life Insurance/Life Assurance, Company Pension, Corporate Eye Care, Personal Accident and Company Sick Pay.
