**THE ROLE**:
We are seeking a specialist recruiter with experience in delivering world-class technical hires to join our delivery-focused recruitment team as the second member. While you will work across various roles at XTX, your primary focus will be on delivering against our Quantitative Researcher hiring requirements.

**RESPONSIBILITIES**:
As an Internal Recruitment Specialist at XTX, you will have a range of responsibilities, including:

- Mapping, identifying, and outreaching to the most relevant Machine Learning Scientists globally. This will be the largest proportion of your role.
- Acting as an evangelist for XTX in Machine Learning communities, such as academia, conferences, meetups, and online communities.
- Owning multiple hiring searches and serving as the point of contact in the absence of the Head of Talent.

**ESSENTIAL ATTRIBUTES**:
To succeed in this role, you should possess the following attributes:

- Experience in hiring quantitative researchers or machine learning scientists for demanding companies globally.
- Deep and broad knowledge of the quantitative finance and/or machine learning industry.
- Meticulous and research-oriented, with excellent communication skills to effectively engage high-value targets.
