Hawkwood are currently partnering with a Leisure start-up who are seeking to hire their first ever Talent Acquisition Specialist. The office is based in Greenwich (South East London) and will require their new Talent Acquisition Specialist to be based in the office three days a week so please only apply if this is possible

Our client has an aim to bring new and innovative travel products and services to their market and currently developing their Tech platform to provide the best, quality service to their B2B and B2C markets. ✈️

We are looking for an ambitious Talent Acquisition specialist function from scratch, whilst also supporting the business growth of around 20% in 2024. You will work very closely with the Head of People & Culture to shape the TA strategy and work on wider projects on system implementations and EVP

Owning end to end hiring and recruitment experiences, and partner closely with the Head of People.
✨ Building effective interview and hiring processes within the business.
✨ Building the foundations of a great people culture.

Experience in managing the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle from engagement to offer across both Tech and non Tech roles
Experience working within a start up/ scale up company - a bonus if this has been within travel, leisure or hospitality.
A data-driven approach to capacity planning and workload management.
