Health & Safety Assistant

Concept Bespoke Interiors has operated in the market since 2005 when incorporated by the Directors & Co Founders & have steadily expanded over the course of trading.**_
- **Key Responsibilities**_
- _**Assist our in-house health and safety manager in the day to day implementation, monitoring and evaluation of internal health and safety management systems**_
- _**Assist in carrying out site inspections and safety audit including our joinery production factory**_
- _**Carry out tool box training**_
- _**Assist in reviewing and approving RAMS**_
- _**Attending site and client health and safety meetings**_
- _**Write Method statements, Risk Assessments and COSHH Assessments with assistance with in-house health and safety manager**_
- _**Upload key documents onto company’s internal systems (DB) etc.**_
- _**Assist in preparing key health and safety management plans such as Construction Health and Safety Plans, Emergency plan, Water risk management plans**_
- **Qualifications, Skills and Experience**_
- _**General Knowledge and CDM2015 regulations**_
- _**Knowledge and understanding of relevant UK safety legislations**_
- _**Construction Industry experience**_
- _**Good standards of IT skills including MS office word, excel etc.**_
- **Person Specification**_
- _**An approachable personality that earns trust and respect from project team, clients and office staff.**_
- _**Confident speaker, self-motivated individual with an ability to work independently and as part of a team to deliver successful and high quality projects.**_
- _**Ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously including our joinery production factory.**_
- _**A positive approach and ‘’can do spirit to solving problems, meeting targets and clients expectations.**_

Pay: £30,000.00-£35,000.00 per year
