**The role**:
You will be responsible for developing, guiding and monitoring brand presence across all relevant social and digital platforms.

**Areas of responsibility**:

- Development of social media strategies with the aim of maximising brand awareness and engagement.
- Daily check ins on social audiences, engaging with and answering questions and comments in the brands TOV.
- Developing and overseeing social campaigns, competitions, and collaborations.
- Working with brand management to develop organic social content plans which are aligned to our latest marketing campaigns, bringing online & offline together.
- Working with the digital team to create captivating, engaging and buzz worthy content for our brands social media channels.
- Support the Head of Marketing to manage the digital agency and monthly paid media strategy.
- Managing photography & videography shoots to give the brand a bank of high-quality content which is aligned to the brand guide.
- Keeping up to date with the latest social media and digital trends to turn it into brand-led relatable content.
- Ensuring the brand is presented to the highest level on external sites, specifically retailer sites either directly or via Brandbank.
- Manage branded websites ensuring the content is up to date, engaging and reflective of the latest marketing campaign.
- Making recommendations to the business on emerging social & digital trends.

**You will have**:

- Digital Marketing experience within FMCG, ideally within the Beauty industry
- Experience of Shopify and TikTok Shop
- Previous experience of managing a small team.
- Excellent copywriting skills and be a sparkling digital conversationalist
- Strong data analysis experience to ensure our socials deliver results
- Strong communication skills that can flex to fit any platform, media, character count or audience
- A passion for all things social media
- High attention to detail
