PI - Portal Litigator Supervisor

The Role

We are looking for a PI Supervisor responsible for supervising a team to deliver the best outcome for personal injury claims and complaints.

Duties
- Managing a case load of 100 - 120 cases+
- Dealing with fast track multi-track and complex cases
- Motivate and lead a team to deliver best outcomes for the company for personal injury claims and complaints.

Required experience
- Good knowledge of RTA/EL/PL claim types
- Good knowledge of the CPR
- Previous experience, working as a Paralegal or Litigator within a management/team role
- Previous exposure to Litigation within Personal Injury desirable

Salary - £30k
- 23 days annual leave (rising to 25 days after 3 years’ service and then to 27 days at 5 years’ service)
