Admin/office Assistant

CGE Yorkshire Ltd are based in Thirsk, North Yorkshire. We specialise in Renewable's, mainly Air Source Heat Pumps and Solar PV. A position has arisen within the company for a full time office admin assistant to join the team.
Roles/Responsibilities:
- Answering the phones & taking messages
- Using in-house software to assist system design
- Preparing quotations
- Raising customer invoices
- Basic accounting for installation costings
Key Skills:
- Experience in working in a fast-paced office environment
- Must be familiar and have advanced skills (Key programs Microsoft Office)
- Excellent organisational skills
- Strong communication skills to effectively interact with team members and external contacts.
- Keen attention to detail
- Proactive mindset
- Ability to complete time-sensitive tasks
