**Job Purpose**

The QA Admin support is helping to provide all the objective evidence in an organised and structured way in accordance with the Severfield quality system so they can prove to the client, line by line that the company is meeting the project specification in every way.

It’s where everything begins, they need to check and audit the processes and procedures of goods coming in to provide clients with first class customer service. They assist the QA department with the smooth running of systems and check that all things are correct and then upload the relevant documents. QA Admin pulls together all the information which is provided to the client at the end of the project/contract.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Gather relevant information and ensure it is placed in the correct place for the right contract and the right project on the computer system (workspace)
- Review documentation and identify if the documentation is correct / incorrect
- Upload information and certification onto relevant system (workspace - the QA data management system)
- Ensuring material received meets the both the clients specification/requirements and Severfield specification
- Check all incoming goods against Purchase orders, recorded with relevant certification to ensure there is full traceability
- Advise Project Managers of any issues, escalating any problems to QA Managers
- Follow data input protocols to ensure the information for the Quality team is located in the correct place
- Communicate with external suppliers ie steel suppliers
- Ensure all certification is in place and chase any missing certification

**Educational background required**

Needs to be IT Literate with a good standard of education, including Maths and English

**Job related experience required**

Have previous experience working in a fast-paced office environment. Have attention to detail. Use to working with a high volume of information. Good communication skills

**Any other skills / knowledge required**

Be able to prioritise workload
