We are looking for a full-time **Trainee Generalist Adviser **to join our CORE Advice Team on a fixed-term basis (with possible extension depending on funding).

You will support people in South Derbyshire, Derby City, East Staffordshire, Tamworth and surrounding areas by providing advice on the full range of generalist enquiry areas, in particular Welfare Benefits and Debt, maintaining Citizens Advice quality standards and achieving performance targets.

**The essentials**:

- Salary - £22,308 pa
- Hours of Work - 37.5 per week
- Location - Citizens Advice Mid Mercia - providing support across offices in Church Gresley, Derby City, and Tamworth; and includes possible remote working
- Start Date: ASAP

**Job Types**: Full-time, Fixed term contract

**Salary**: £22,308.00 per year
