**Governance Officer**

Siamo Recruitment are currently looking for a Governance Officer on a permanent, full-time basis working within a growing organisation. This role has optional hybrid-working, with the majority of time spent in-office during peak periods, based in the County of Conwy, North Wales.
- This role will involve working as part of a dedicated Governance team within a large local organisation, alongside colleagues such as Executives and Assistant Directors. This role is ideal for an experienced professional with a background in supporting decision-makers, maintaining confidential records, as well as planning and conducting meetings.**Salary**:£31,800 to £33,800 per annum (depending on experience)**The Role**:

- Working alongside decision-makers of the organisation providing Governance support- Planning meeting agendas and following up after discussions
- Attending meetings and taking minutes for accurate records
- Reviewing decision-making procedures to ensure compliance
- Respond to any enquiries regarding the board and committees
- Assist in the administration of contracts and agreements
- Experience in a previous position providing Administration support to Management- Highly skilled with IT, including Microsoft Office products
- Excellent Administration and Minute-taking skills
- A background in the Housing sector is beneficial but not essential
