**Title**: Events Co-ordinator

**Reporting to**: Director

**Location**: Crossgar, County Down, Northern Ireland

We are seeking a dedicated events co-ordinator to join our small team.

The person must be well organised and be able to work on their own initiative.

**The Role**
- You will carry out event management duties connected to our visitor centre, events, tours and tastings, onsite and off site.
- You will be the first point of contact for all events, onsite and off site from initial enquiry to execution and delivery of events.
- You will be onsite managing each event.
- Seek business development opportunities to drive income at our visitor centre and off site at other venues.
- You will carry out updates including updating websites and online stores.
- You will source best purchasing, logistics and materials relating to events and tours.
- You will deal with customer event and tour queries
- Prepare detailed event briefs.
- Prepare detailed costings for all tours and events.
- Pro-actively seek new business opportunities for our visitor centre.
- An understanding and use of social media.
- Source best suppliers
- Other duties as required.

**The Person **(Events Co-ordinator)
- You will have a min of 3 years’ experience of working in an events environment
- You will have a minimum 2 years experience of managing a team.
- You will enjoy working as part of a team in a fast paced environment
- You will have strong communication and organisational skills
- You will have costing experience preparing quotes.
- You will have excellent computer/ MS Office inc excel skills
- Ability to maintain confidentiality

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
