**Job Purpose**
To maintain the Despatch process of finished goods within our Plant-Based site in an efficient manner**. **You will be responsible for co-ordinating a team of Dispatch Operatives and ensuring a high-quality service is provided to our customers.
**What it takes**
- Experience of dispatching products to major retail customers, understanding both service level agreements and requirements
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Understanding and experience of logistics, in a FMCG environment
- People Management skills
- Demonstrate an excellent understanding of the technical requirements of a food manufacturing site
- Demonstrate good problem solving and decision making skills
- Can do attitude
