ACS is an aircraft spare parts supplier based in Braintree, Essex. We are currently looking for a new member of our accounts team of 3. Some experience working in an accounts environment is preferred, but full training will be given.

Working hours are Mon - Friday 8.00am - 4:30pm. There may be an opportunity for flexible working and/or working from home following initial training. Part time hours may also be considered.

**Main Duties & Responsibilities**
- Processing purchase invoices
- Reconciliation of supplier statements
- Process sales invoices
- Send customer statements and chase up payments
- Resolution of any discrepancies
- Assist with payment runs
- Reconcile credit card statements
- Assist with month end procedures and audits
- General admin duties as required

**Required**
- Good understanding of Excel
- Good communication skills, both verbal and written
- Punctual and professional
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
- Desire to learn and develop skills
- Accuracy and an Eye for detail
- Working knowledge of office package
- Maths and English GCSE (or equivalent)

**Preferred (but not essential)**
- Sage knowledge
- Accounts administration experience
