We are one of the regional market leaders in recycling equipment. Our manufacturing partner company, Kelpack, manufacture compactors and balers, while we provide maintenance to both Kelpack machines and other machines belonging to clients.

We seek to provide exceptional customer service to both our existing and prospective clients, and we are looking for a team member to play a vital role in maintaining our reputation for this.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
Full control over our mobile engineers schedule, including booking in breakdowns, servicing and remedial work for our clients

Ensuring job sheets and reports are sent to clients in a timely manner

Working with the sales team to generate sales estimates to send to clients

Working with the sales team to expand our client base

Working with our operations team to ensure health and safety documents are up to date

Playing a vital role in the ensuring a regular company cash flow by working with the finance team to chase overdue payments

Invoicing clients and working with their purchase ledger/procurements teams to ensure we have purchase orders before attending jobs

Communicating with our mobile engineers when they are attending our client’s sites

Logging response times for attendance at our client’s sites

ESSENTIAL:
Customer service experience

Proficient with Microsoft Word and Excel

Ability to initially commute to our Sheffield office

Attentive and approachable qualities

Confidence when talking to clients on the phone

Willing to work with our Sales Director and Managing Director to acquire knowledge of the compactor/baler industry

DESIRABLE:
2+ years administrational experience

2+ years experience with purchase ledger, procurement or accounts

Experience with dealing with clients face to face in a sales environment

Experience with schedule management software

Experience with accounting software

Prior knowledge of the waste compactor/baler industry

**Salary**: £22,000.00-£24,627.62 per year
