Purchasing and Payroll Assistant

We are recruiting for a fantastic, driven and motivated person person to join our admin team with responsibilities for payroll and purchasing
You will report to the General Manager and work in a team.
Knowledge of the following would be an asset:
- Xero payroll system
- Microsoft 365 Business, word, excel
- HMRC knowledge
- Pension schemes - NEST
- Purchase Ledger admin
The above would be advantageous but not essential as you will receive training in our systems and work closely with the others in the office. Experience working in a similar role would be beneficial. We operate a informal approach to the team with all members cross trained in various roles.
We require a professional and trustworthy person with the ability to ensure full confidentiality when dealing with sensitive matters and who can work under pressure and meet deadlines.
Wildax Motorhomes are part of a European motorhome manufacturing group of companies with head office in France with large expansion plans for the future. We have just secured locally, a 16 acre site upon which we aim to build a new factory to move to in the next couple of years. We hope that you will be part of this exciting growth
You will have great attention to detail and a desire to learn and expand as we do We have approximately 75 staff for which you will do the payroll and basic HR duties. In addition to this you will be involved in other areas of the admin department from purchasing and liaising with customers and suppliers.
This role will be varied and interesting and you will be trained to understand the needs of the manufacturing team so that you can work with your colleagues to ensure that our warehouse receives the right parts at the right time.
