**If you are looking for a role where you can use your existing skills to make a real difference, we have an exciting opportunity to join our Exeter substance misuse service as an Administrator**

As an Administrator, you will play an important in helping us work towards our mission: supporting our service users to make positive changes.

You will provide administrative support to colleagues across the service, including our clinical team and pharmacies. You will provide a friendly and efficient reception service, welcoming our service users and visitors.

**This role can be very busy, but is also incredibly varied and rewarding, other duties include**:

- Data collation, including maintaining databases and producing reports
- Working within Microsoft Outlook to maintain diaries and co-ordinate appointments
- Working alongside our clinical team to generate prescriptions for service users
- Carrying out various health and safety checks in the workplace.

This role is an integral part of our team, as you will work closely with other administration teams across the service to support the day-to-day needs of - not only our service and partners - but also our service users and their carers.

**Position Details**:
This position is available on a Permanent, Part Time basis, working 14 hours per week. Hours of work are flexible and can be agreed upon appointment with the line manager.

This role would suit someone with some administrative experience, who thrives in a busy environment. If you enjoy managing your own workload and are keen to learn more about working in a recovery setting, this is an ideal role for you. In addition, you will also:

- Be an excellent communicator, able to build effective working relationships with a range of people
- You’ll have good IT and administration skills and will be highly proficient at using Microsoft Office and Outlook.
- Previous office admin, customer service or experience in a substance misuse setting would be an advantage but is not essential.
- You will also be happy to work in a structured way, being able to meet deadlines and prioritise your workload.

More important is a genuine interest in substance misuse services and a positive, recovery-focused attitude.
