Role Purpose

The role holder is responsible for the Purchase and Sales Ledger and providing finance support, particularly producing company reports, and postings on the Company's accounts system. Role Responsibilities
- Sales ledger to produce sales invoices for all customers each month, allocation of cash received, posting invoices to the ledgers
- Processing UK and Ireland overtime and on call claims
- Management of all modules of the accounts package including accurately entering invoices, posting journals and production of monthly reports
- Maintaining and updating cashbook input and reconciliation for sterling and foreign currency accounts Administration
- Administer private healthcare scheme for UK and Ireland employees adding new starters and removing leavers from the policies
- Administer pension scheme for UK and Ireland employees
- Administer company mobile phone account
- Process company P11d's to comply with HMRC legislation
- Month end tasks - entering journals, updating debtors and ad hoc tasks
- Manage filing and archiving of correspondence
- Booking Company events
- Assisting with travel arrangements
- Supporting and managing HR system updates and HR administration Other
- Awareness and compliance of ISO9001, ISO27001, ISO22301 and GDPR regulations
- Help create a culture of learning, trust and self-improvement
- Any other duties as required

- Ability to use own initiative
- Excellent IT skills
- Strong attention to detail and able to produce work with a high level of accuracy Version 7.0 October 22 Internal 2

- Ability to work to tight deadlines
- Adaptable and able to cope with changing priorities
- Minimum GCSE levels or equivalent in English & Maths
