**Cattery / Animal Care Assistant**
Our client is a busy Independent mixed Veterinary Hospital in Banbury, Oxfordshire and they are looking for a happy, caring and self-motivated Cattery / Animal Care Assistant who will complement their existing enthusiastic and hardworking team.
We are currently looking to recruit a Full-Time Animal Care Assistant to assist our established nursing and cattery teams. Job role to be split between two sites in Banbury, our main hospital and our Boarding Cattery, so a full driving licence will be required.
**Duties will include, but are not limited to**:
- Cleaning kennels and cages ensuring inpatients and boarders are comfortable and have appropriate food and water
- Exercising of dogs
- General Laundry duties
- Cleaning and packing of surgical instruments and equipment
- General cleaning and re-stocking of all animal and clinical areas
Shifts on a rota basis between the hours of 8am & 6.30pm and to include weekends and Bank Holidays.
**What do you need?**
- Full UK drivers licence
