Our client is a market leader within the UK and looking to expand globally. They have an exciting opportunity for an innovative and forward thinking marketing professional to join this family owned and very successful business driven by a passionate but realisitic CEO.
Past Marketing Campaigns have involved collaboration with celebrities so the world really is your oyster This role would suit an individual who is always aware of new marketing platforms and plans strategically to ensure they are ahead of the game.
This role is responsible for allcompany marketing both online and offline.
Areas of responsibility are the effective and successful management of marketing activity measured against set KPIs and overall customer XP.
The ability to provide detailed and accurate reporting is essential.
All marketing activities should be undertaken to meet the company’s ultimate driving force/goal of excellent customer XP.
Key Responsibilities
- Strategy, Planning & Reporting
- Campaign Management (seasonal & promotions)
- Regional Growth & Expansion
- Increase #Leads, improve £CPL, £CPO in line with budgets (set by CEO)
- Collaborate with Sales Manager to support growth
- Collaborate with Operations & CXP to maintain brand
- Manage both suppliers and in-house staff
Key Skills
Minimum 5 years’ experience in marketing management
Degree in Marketing or Business Management supporting by focused Marketing experience
Proven track record of meeting, and exceeding KPIs
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
Evidence of successfully managing online & offline campaigns
Driven by Customer XP
Digital
- SEO (Search Engine Optimisation), Paid Google, Paid Social, YouTube, Houzz, Pinterest, TikTok, NextDoor, Linkedin etc.
Website
- Overall Website/s performance, geographical growth, CRO/ UX/ Design
Brand
- Guidelines, PR, Exposure/ Visibility, Consistency, Customer touch-points (Communications, Collateral), Sales collateral (business cards, flyers)
Creative
- Images / Adverts / Copy, video content creation
Showroom / Concessions
- Shopfront / Signage (External & Internal), Pop ups, roadshow materials, update promotions, campaigns and offers
Offline Channels
- Press / Print Adverts, creative initiatives and positioning, work in collaboration with sales manager to develop strategic partner initiatives
Referrals
- Increase #Referrals Leads, develop multiple referal strategies in collaboration with sales, ops and CxP, develop refereal collateral in collaboration with sales manager
Existing/Repeat Lead Generation
- Increase #Existing Leads, develop multiple existing strategies in colloboration with sales, ops and CxP
Database
- Build and maintain database, create referral leads from existing database, engage with lost leads to push back into sales pipeline
You should be passionate about market leading, premium luxury products and looking for a long term appointment with an ever expanding, successful business which is looking to enter into global markets.
This is a senior position which will come with lots of responsibility, You will work closely with sales and operations and have the full support of the CEO and a happy and driven team.
Salary and package will be paid commensurate with experience. Please note, this is not a run of the mill marketing position, it will require dynamic, innovative entrepreneurial excellence.
