**About the role**
We’re looking for an enthusiastic Receptionist with outstanding communication and customer service skills to be based at our offices at Pipewell Quay on Gateshead’s Quayside. As Receptionist, your focus will be providing our clients with the best possible customer experience from their first point of contact at visit the Aspire offices through to their departure. We’re looking for someone who is passionate about what they do, energetic, friendly and extremely organised. Able to deal with a range of people and situations we’re looking for someone who is at ease meeting new people and who remains calm under pressure. Responsibilities:

- Give customers and all visitors to Aspire an amazing welcome and experience
- Answering and directing calls
- Organising meetings including organising catering and refreshments
- Act as an ambassador for the Aspire brand
- Keeping relevant systems up to date
- Managing the use of pool cars
- Managing car parking
- Ensuring meeting rooms are kept to a high standard
- General HR and office administration
- Taking meeting minutes and actions
- Ordering refreshments and supplies
- Organising postal deliveries

**Salary**:£19,305 - £22,000 per annum, pro rata (depending on experience)
**Location**:
The position offered is based at Aspire’s Gateshead Head Office.
**Hours of Work**:
- Minimum hours of 10.30 am - 4 pm to be covered Monday to Friday_
