**Overview of the vacancy**:
To provide a complete administration service and support to the National Director and the Strategic Team whilst undertaking confidential tasks, cascading information, and efficiently dealing with a wide variety of internal and external stakeholders. This is a new business, and this role will need to be flexible whilst the business, processes and systems are set up with a view to transitioning to a set role as the business grows.

**Duties for the position**

**of Administration Assistant**:

- Efficient support to the strategic team and National Director
- Regularly updating of the databases, trackers, website, intranet
- Assisting with the set-up of the office and administration
- Meeting deadlines set for specific tasks
- Co-ordinate, prepare and issue the trackers and reports required to assess business performance

including the Dashboard, Strategic List, Planning Milestones and Business Review reports
- Creation of presentations to support proposals, business updates and stakeholder engagement
- Co-ordinate with Sales & Marketing to update the intranet and Strategic website
- Draft and issue Strategic team updates; Land & Planning Bulletins and maintain Board
- Intelligence uploads for Strategic Land
- Issue, create & maintain templates for all aspects of administration/reporting
- Research information, prepare reports and collate information required to support the function
- Undertake any general typing of documents, letters, reports, minutes or creation of spreadsheets

associated with the investigation, acquisition of land; and securing planning permission
- Filing and auditing of project information to ensure records are maintained and available when required for exercising of options, hand-over of projects to Regions
- Making travel or meeting arrangements; booking meeting rooms, venues and arranging events through contacting customers by telephone and corresponding
- Request information from land and planning staff or consultants by telephone, in writing or in person
- Health and Safety co-ordination for, ensuring that staff whereabouts on a daily basis are known
- Conducting 'Welcome’ inductions and managing the induction process for new-starters
- Co-ordinate the quarterly Committee meetings including arranging internal and external speakers, preparing presentation material for the event and making any necessary arrangements to support the event
- Assist in all aspects to co-ordinate of stakeholder events which may include land agent networking,

consultant introductions, public consultation or meetings with land owners and councils
- Data-input and correspondence to be quality checked before issue to set and maintain the high standards
- Undertake office management (as required) to ensure the office environment is of a high quality and that any issues are dealt with promptly to a budget

- Good Microsoft Officce skills

**Working hours**

- Working Monday to Thursday 8:30am - 5:00pm with 1 hour for lunch Friday 8:30am - 4:30pm with ½ hour for lunch
- Salary £25,000 - £30,000
- Hybrid working
- 26 days holiday + Bank holidays
