Call Centre Advisor

As a care coordinator you will be responsible for covering shift requirements for our clients Kent based team, building relationships with both the clients and field staff (carers and nurses). Ideally you will come from a coordination care background.
**About the role**
- The care coordinator will organise rotas a month in advance for the complex care clients.
- Building and developing strong relationships with staff members (carers and nurses)
- Building and developing strong relationships with clients
- Obtaining staff availability
- Communicate with staff and clients in a respectful, professional, and friendly manner.
- On call responsibility (one early morning and one evening per week)
**About you**
- You will have strong communication skills both over the phone and via written communication.
- You will be a problem solver, quick thinker and solution driven.
- You will have worked in care and ideally will have coordination / rota experience.
- You will have the right to work in the UK.

- Our client will offer you a salary of £25,200 increasing to £28,350 on completion of probation period.
- Mon to Fri 9am - 5pm, plus one early morning and evening on call per week
- Office based - Whitstable.
