The roles main objective is to manage the order book from order to delivery and deal with any queries throughout this process.
- To co-ordinate the delivery of goods once order has been placed
- Liaise and coordinator with the consultant if necessary
- Contact the client once the order is placed
- Ensure client is fully updated throughout the order process until completion
- Coordinate with client with all delivery dates etc
- Process payments where necessary in accordance with company procedures
- Notepads to be completed and delivery dates booked
- Manage all Purchase Orders issues and Confirmation dates
- Proactive communication with the client updating on progress when required
- Daily checks on My Active Documents to ensure that all new orders are dealt with, and existing deliveries are correct and running smoothly
- Liaise with Sales Consultants to highlight any issues that are deemed non
- delivery issues
- Customer Service Experience
- Good communication skills

- Be able to multitask
- Computer literate
