Responsibilities:

- Greet and seat customers in a friendly and timely manner
- Take food and drink orders accurately and efficiently
- Provide excellent customer service and address any customer concerns or inquiries
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of food orders
- Prepare and serve beverages, such as coffee, tea, and soft drinks
- Assist with basic food preparation tasks, such as slicing bread or assembling salads
- Ensure cleanliness and organization of the dining area
- Upsell menu items and promote daily specials to enhance the dining experience

**Requirements**:

- Previous experience in hospitality or guest services is preferred
- Excellent time management skills to handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- Basic math skills for processing payments and providing accurate change
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a positive attitude
- Knowledge of food safety guidelines and ability to follow proper sanitation procedures
- Strong communication skills to effectively interact with customers and team members
- Willingness to assist in other areas of the restaurant as needed

**Salary**: £10.00-£11.00 per hour
