**How you’ll spend your time**_**:_
- Production of Management Accounts
- Preparation of actual and forecast performance
- Analyse and interpret variances and trends, identifying causes
- Finance business partnering support creating trusted relationships across the business
- Present monthly management accounts to department heads ensuring a full understanding is achieved
- Work collaboratively to produce forecasts, maximising the use of budgets and if required
- Identify opportunities to make savings where possible
- Ensure managers are aware of any potential risks/opportunities at the earliest possible point.
- Assist with the production of the Group’s Central Services budget.
- Review debtor and creditor balance sheet positions on a monthly and annual basis for the Group Support Services cost centres.
- Continually drive process improvements and implement new processes / systems to create efficiencies

**This opportunity will be great for you if**
- You are a qualified accountant (ACA/CIMA/ACCA) or are a finalist actively working towards qualification
- You have a commercial edge and enjoy building relationships with senior stakeholders
- You have a passion for driving change and improving processes
- You are experienced in pulling together management accounts
- You are a strong communicator
- You are able to confidently and effectively manage a high workload with conflicting deadlines
