You are passionate about sneakers and demonstrate the knowledge that effective Visual Merchandising will elevate our consumer experience whilst improving retail KPI’s, such as footfall, conversion & NPS.

The role of the In-Store VM Associate to is ensure VM standards are consistently maintained to exceed our customer’s expectations in the designated store whilst building the VM knowledge and capability of the store team through a program of VM training.

Working in a matrix organization the role reports directly to the Store Manager, working in close partnership with the Regional / Geo VM Manager and District Manager of the designated store.

Demonstrating the mindset of “customer first” is essential to the success of this role

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

VM Strategy

You must ensure the Visual Merchandising presentation is implemented in accordance with the current VM guidelines and marketing directives to deliver brand consistency and improve Visual Merchandising standards in the designated store

VM Knowledge & Capability

The role of the In-Store VM Associate is to build the VM knowledge and capability of the store team through the deployment of an agreed training program.

Vendor relationships

As the In-Store VM Associate you must act as the Foot Locker VM ambassador when partnering with vendors to assist implementation of brand initiatives, campaign, and activation events.

EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATION
- Knowledge of current visual merchandising trends and best practices
- Relevant working experience (minimum 2 years related VM experience)
- Creative and innovative thinker
- Ability to analyse sales reports
- Ability to work independently, lead specified tasks or projects
- Well-developed analytical skills and the ability to combine these skills with a hands-on and operational attitude
- Ability to communicate effectively in English
