**The What...**

We need a highly motivated Maintenance Assistant who can work alongside our centre team. You'll need to maintain high standards of our centres and ensure our lanes are in full operation. You’ll be liaising with both the team and the customers about any faults they experience while at the centre. You'll also support with general maintenance around the centre, from carrying out Portable Appliance Testing to touching up the paintwork from general wear and tear.

Within our fast-paced, dynamic world, you will be trained on everything you need to know. You will be given a thorough induction and ongoing training and development to set you up for success.

Your professional and engaging customer service, along with your high energy and infectious enthusiasm will ensure our customers have an enjoyable, excellent value-for-money experience with every visit.

**To be a successful Maintenance Assistant, we’ll want to see**:

- A background in DIY and general maintenance, including painting, decorating, plumbing, etc.
- High energy and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- A friendly, supportive, and helpful team player
- Flexibility with working hours and shift patterns
- Basic literacy and numeracy skills
- Being on the ball when it comes to spotting and resolving a problem
- A proactive approach, maintaining our equipment and centre to the highest standards
