Our Property Advisor Team is looking to expand

**£23k-£27k starting salary**

We are excited to announce the opportunity for a Property Inspector & Administrator to join our vibrant and passionate team within our Cathays branch. This is a full-time, permanent position for an individual who is driven and shares our passion for property and lettings.

**The role itself**

Working in a fast-paced, stimulating environment where no two days are the same, your duties will initially include (but are not limited to):

- Completing inspections both during and at the end of tenancies, to document the properties condition with the view to agree required and improvement works.
- Liaising with Landlords in regards to their properties market status and condition.
- Comparing Inventory reports to Check-out reports to determine liability and wear and tear.

The role will also come with lots of exciting opportunities, including many progression openings in more than one direction

As Wales leading lettings agent we need to be dynamic due to a lot of our work being seasonal. In the summer period, we are busy completing checkouts and inventories, instructing repairs/works, and helping students move into their new homes. Come autumn, it’s full of the excitement of helping and matching student applicants with houses for their next academic year. Between these seasons, we continue to carry out periodic inspections and match both student and professional applicants with suitable properties. All year round we act as the go between, between Contractors, Landlords & Occupants.

**About you**
- You’ll be a dynamic individual who thrives within a busy working environment, with the ability to work both alone and as part of a team
- You will be required to use your own initiative and have a strong eye for detail as well as accuracy
- The ability to be organised and prioritise workload effectively is paramount
- A full UK driving licence is essential.

- Salary: competitive starting salary of £23k-27k, with OTE taking your total monthly pay higher
- Bonus after passing your probationary period

- Hours: 42.5 per week
