Property Inspector

Mature, self-motivated and disciplined person required, to work part-time. The applicant will be carrying out "mid-Term" rental inspections for a growing family business, on a part-time self-employed basis.

The applicant must be reasonably tech literate (be able to use an android phone and PC). Must be able to write competently in English. Must have own car, must be presentable and be able to pass a DBS check. The job involves interacting with a broad selection of the public, so a cheerful and friendly person would do best in this role.

This job would suit a recently retired person, or stay at home parent, who wants to work a few days a week. The hours and days would would vary, but with plenty of notice.
