Service Administrator

**Our industry leading client are looking for an Administrator** **for their depot near Paisley**
**Responsibilities**:
Reporting to the Service Manager, as a key part of the team you will be responsible for processing job cards, orders, invoices and handling payments. The successful applicant will be expected to uphold and further the company’s strong reputation for reliable, honest and effective service. It is a large department and duties include booking in customers machinery for repair and tasking the workshop engineers. Customer facing skills are required
**Requirements**:
- Excellent customer relationship skills, both face to face and over the phone.
- Strong and up-to-date IT skills.
- To be self-motivated and want to progress
- The ability to communicate clearly and effectively to all levels of the business,
- An ability to work under pressure and multi task
- maintaining and upholding company standards.
