Leeds, United Kingdom Axis Supported Living Full time

Responsibilities:

- Monitor Mailboxes and processing of Invoices and Payments received
- Process and reconcile bank and petty cash transactions on Xero accounting software
- Process Company Credit Card statements and reconciliation on Xero
- Complete monthly payroll processing on Xero
- Process Company pension scheme and maintain payment schedules onto NEST
- Liaise with HMRC, maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records and other regulatory filings
- Assist with the preparation of monthly Management financial statements, reports, and budgets
- Resolve internal/external queries
- Assist with preparation of documents for Year End Audit
- Support the Finance Manager with ad-hoc projects and tasks as needed

**Skills**:

- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in financial data entry and analysis
- Proficient in using Xero accounting software and Microsoft Excel and Word
- Excellent organizational and time management skills to meet deadlines
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment
- Knowledge of financial regulations and compliance procedures
- Good communication skills and proactive approach
