**The Customer Services Assistant**:
We have an exciting opportunity for a **Customer Services Assistant **to join us

As part of this varied role, you’ll help us listen to our customers and learn from what they are telling us by providing administrative support to the Customer Services team and using your communication skills to answer telephone and social media enquiries from our customers.

**Key duties and responsibilities of our Customer Services Assistant**:

- Provide administrative support to ensure the effective delivery of the Customer Services and Engagement team.
- Support in keeping the Berneslai Homes website and social media channels up to date, answering basic customer enquiries and assist in the routine analysis of social media activity.
- Answer Customer Services phone line as required, including receiving customer complaints, enquiries and referring any unresolved complaints or enquiries on to the appropriate person.
- Accurately update and maintain sensitive and personal information within the housing system, maintaining confidentiality.
- Assist in the collation and preparation of regular communications for volunteers, tenants, staff, and Board.

**What we’re looking for in our Customer Services Assistant**:

- 4 GCSEs Grade A to C or equivalent level qualification.
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
- Experience of providing effective administrative support.
- Ability to utilise Microsoft Office, i.e., Word, PowerPoint etc.
- Effective time management skills, and the ability to multitask
