Lloyd’s are seeking to recruit a TA Coordinator - Early Careers.
Principal Accountabilities
Coordinate attendance at campus events, ensuring both physical and virtual accessibility.
Managing the Early Careers mailbox and serve as the first point of contact for all Early Career hires, fostering am inclusive and welcoming environment.
Skills and Knowledge
Experience in effectively working on projects within a change environment, such as reporting, audit trails and planning.
Experience in reporting and resource management in a PMO or Project role
Experience of reviewing documents against agreed criteria and providing feedback to document authors.
Experience of working with a range of internal and external stakeholders at different levels
Coordination, planning and prioritisation skills, paying attention to detail.
Ability to develop and maintain effective relationships across different business functions.
Problem-solving skills that consider diverse perspectives and backgrounds
Self-motivation and the ability to work independently, taking initiative.
Ability to identify opportunities for improvement and share good practice with a continuous improvement mindset.
