We have a new and exciting opportunity for a passionate Retailer to join the Talent Acquisition team as Talent Acquisition Coordinator supporting our Retail business in Europe.

In this role you will actively focus on partnering with Retail Business Managers (Area Managers) on Store Management recruitment to support the continued growth ambitions of the business, as well as support with project work and volume recruitment (i.e. Retail festive) and drive recruitment process for entry level, head office based roles. Whilst primarily focused on the European region, in addition, the role will also support Global Talent Acquisition team where required.

**Key responsibilities of the role include, but are not limited to -**
- Workday & HR systems administration
- Responsible for all job requisition creation in workday and monitoring approvals/chasing where needed to ensure job requisitions are processed through the system efficiently
- Working with People Services team and respective HRBPs to ensure accuracy of TA data (job reqs), reflecting budgeted pipeline
- Support retail management teams in upskilling in usage of ATS on workday
- Recruitment
- Ownership of Store Management end-to-end recruitment process, to ensure we attract and promote a diverse and retail career focused talent
- Facilitate the end-to-end retail recruitment including festive season group interviews
- In partnership with TA Specialist, Europe and with respective HR Business Partners build an external and internal talent pipeline, ensuring future resource needs are being met
- As a champion of inclusive hiring, help drive and embed recruitment practices (through the DE&I lens), with a particular focus on Retail
- Reporting
- Report on performance versus Globally agreed TA KPIs (time to fill, internal promotions) and progress towards recommended actions for improvement
- Other:

- Contributing to and delivering on TA related projects across the region

**Who we are looking for -**
- Proven progressive experience to at least Assistant Manager level in Retail with great understanding of Retail landscape/market
- Experience managing a recruitment process in Retail
- Prior experience with high volume recruitment (i.e. Festive recruitment) desirable
- Professional proficiency in English, additional European language (i.e. German, French) is an advantage
- Proven ability to effectively and confidently communicate and influence stakeholders
- Innovative self-starter with an ability to identify, propose and implement improvements
- Excellent attention to detail and strong organisational skills
- Prior experience with HRIS as part of recruitment responsibilities (i.e workday)
- Great written and verbal communication skills
- Good knowledge of MS Office (i.e. Excel)nip
