DCG Logistics UK LTD are an international freight forwarder with depots in Coventry, Chelmsford, Witham, and Dartford. With the expansion of our business, we are seeking a dynamic and motivated Entry-Level Customer Service Representative to join our team. This role offers an excellent opportunity for recent graduates to gain valuable experience in the import/export and logistics industry. As a Customer Service Representative, you will play a key role in providing exceptional customer service, learning about cargo transportation processes, contributing to the overall success of our operations, and assisting in billing and fee recovery processes.

**Responsibilities**:
1. Assist in handling customer inquiries regarding cargo transportation, customs clearance, and logistics procedures.

2. Collaborate with senior team members to address and resolve customer complaints or issues promptly and effectively.

3. Learn to coordinate and track the movement of goods, ensuring timely delivery and providing status updates to clients.

4. Develop proficiency in documenting and organizing customer information, order details, and delivery requirements.

5. Work closely with internal teams, logistics partners, and carriers to ensure smooth cargo flow and customer satisfaction.

6. Gain exposure to the preparation and review of transportation documents, including bills of lading and customs paperwork.

7. Provide regular updates to customers on transportation and cargo statuses, enhancing their overall experience.

8. Offer customized solutions to meet specific customer needs and requirements.

9. Assist in generating invoices for customers as per company requirements and support finance in collecting related fees.

10. Participate in team meetings, actively sharing insights and ideas to improve our services.

**Working Hours**:UK time, 8:30 AM to 5:30 PM

**Annual Salary**: £22,000

**Location**: Coventry, United Kingdom

**Requirements**:
1. Recent graduate with a bachelor's degree in a relevant field.

2. Strong desire to learn and develop a career in the import/export and logistics industry.

3. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, to effectively engage with customers and team members.

4. Detail-oriented mindset with the ability to organize and manage customer information accurately.

5. Basic understanding of cargo transportation concepts or a willingness to learn.

6. Proficiency in using office software and a willingness to learn logistics management systems.

7. Fluent in both English and Chinese, with strong written and verbal communication skills.

8. Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.

9. Positive attitude, adaptability, and a strong work ethic.

**Salary**: £22,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Monday to Friday
- No weekends
