**Role Description**

This is a full-time on-site role for an Independent Financial Adviser (IFA) to be based in Leeds, West Yorkshire. The Financial Adviser will be responsible for providing financial planning services to clients, including retirement planning, investment funds advice, Personal and Business Protection advice and inheritance tax planning.

The IFA will be responsible for researching the marketplace and advising clients on the products and services available, ensuring they are aware of and understand those that best meet their needs.

Their responsibilities will also include producing quality financial Suitability Reports, conducting in-depth reviews of clients' financial circumstances to include their current provision as well as their future aims, and analysing information and preparing plans best suited to individual and corporate clients'

The role also involves building and maintaining client relationships and ensuring compliance with financial regulations.

**Qualifications, knowledge and experience**
- Diploma in Financial Planning
- At least 2 years experience as an Independent Financial Adviser
- Expertise in Finance and Investments
- Retirement Planning understanding and experience
- Excellent written and oral communication skills to effectively communicate financial plans and provide advice to clients
- A passion for staying up-to-date with industry trends and regulations
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Familiarity with basic software - Windows, Microsoft office etc
- Must have skills on digital platforms
- Knowledge of Intelligent Office is an advantage
