**Commercial Administrator - Telecoms**

**Leicester**

An opportunity has arisen for a Commercial Administrator to join the team at Galliford Try.

You will work within our Telecoms Business, who are a leading multi-disciplined organisation capable of carrying out all aspects of the infrastructure build for the mobile and fixed line telecommunications industry. **What you will be doing**:

- Raising of purchase ledger orders within our internal cost system. Sending out orders to our suppliers to suit.
- Raising of subcontract orders within our internal cost system based on values provided by the quantity surveying department.
- Inputting of commercial data and documents, including purchase ledger and subcontract orders and also subcontract
- AFP’s / Invoices onto GT Telecoms reporting database, as directed by the quantity surveying department.
- Assisting with general day to day commercial administration duties, including ensuring standard supplier set-up forms are signed off by the commercial manager and the raising of any sundry payment requests via our shared service centre (SSC).
- Assist with raising / processing any client invoices on the back of our monthly valuation approval

**About You**:

- Experience with exposure to multi-site, fast-paced delivery programmes
- First class time and outcome administrative skills.
- Strong IT skills including Excel, Word and MS Office
- Experience working with internal cost systems (e.g., Oracle)
- Ability to establish strong, collaborative working relationships
- Excellent team player
