**Summary**

Morgan Hunt are working with a leading social housing provider, who are looking for a talented Senior Property Surveyor to join their team.

You will be responsible for leading on a newly created specialist workstream which will track specific damp and mould repair issues reported on the organisations stock. In addition, you will be responsible for tracking and overseeing damp and mould cases,ensuring these cases are diagnosed accurately and delivered within time constraints.

**Responsibilities**
- Obtain information which will help future business decisions on the organisations assets, this will include putting forward proposals for Planned Investment programmes.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, contractors and key stakeholders within the business.
- Assist the Responsive Repairs and Disrepair teams with diagnosis and specifications.
- Ensure all works are carried out inline with the specification and to a high standard.

**About you**
- Standard DBS check.
- Full UK drivers license with access to own vehicle.
- Strong knowledge of damp diagnosis, including carrying out salt analysis and calcium carbide tests.
- Extensive experience working within a social housing setting.
- Experience using SOR.
- Strong budget management skills.
- Comply with health and safety policies, procedures and processes.
