**Well-being clinic** is looking for a **Receptionist **to join our team in **Bromley.**

**Job Summary**:
The Receptionist is responsible for the front desk functions of the office and works closely with the Office Manager, Office Manager’s staff, and other departments to ensure a smooth running office.

**Qualifications**:

- High School Diploma or Equivalent
- Previous Receptionist experience required
- Must be able to work independently and be self-motivated.
- Must be able to work in a fast paced environment.
- Must be able to pass a pre-employment background check.
- Must have reliable transportation to and from work.
- Must have reliable internet access.
- Must have reliable transportation to and from work.

**Responsibilities**:

- Greet and check in guests in a friendly, professional manner.
- Answer incoming telephone calls in a helpful, professional manner.
- Maintain reception area, including but not limited to checking out customers, maintaining supply inventory, and performing general office functions.
- Provide information about company services and programs to visitors and clients. (This includes but is not limited to our admissions process, admissions paperwork, and the benefits of joining our family.)

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time
Part-time hours: 37.5 per week

**Salary**: From £8.31 per hour

- GCSE or equivalent (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Customer service: 1 year (preferred)
- Administrative experience: 1 year (preferred)

**Language**:

- English (preferred)

Licence/Certification:

- Driving Licence (preferred)
