**JOB SUMMARY**
We are looking for part time Receptionists to join the team at Eden Park Surgery.
Hours: 15.5
Working Pattern:
Tuesday 13:00 - 18:30
Wednesday 08:00 - 13:00 (Temporary cover)
Friday 08:00 - 13:00
Closing date: Sunday 30th April 2023
**MAIN DUTIES**
To be responsible for undertaking a wide range of reception duties and the provision of general support to the multidisciplinary team.
Duties can include but are not limited to, greeting and directing patients, effective use of the appointment system, booking appointments, processing of information and assisting patients as required.
To act as the central point of contact for patients, the distribution of information, messages and enquiries for the clinical team, liaising with multidisciplinary team members and external agencies such as secondary care and community service providers.
Experience working in a GP practice is essential to this role.

We have a multi-disciplinary clinical team and highly committed and enthusiastic administrative and reception staff.
