We are looking for an **Apprentice **to work at our **Birmingham Office** as **Receptionist / Administrator**. Basic understanding of Urdu, Pashto, Punjabi and/or Hindi languages is desirable.

**Responsabilities**
- Primarily provide an excellent customer service to clients and third parties
- Attend calls and manage appointments
- Liaise with clients, caseworkers and third parties such as counsel, utility services, cleaners etc.
- Manage postal correspondences.
- Prepare and file invoices and expenses.
- Maintain office supplies.
- Maintain reception clean and tidy.
- Provide orientation and training to the work experience students when needed.
- Contributing to and leading the team effort.
- Provide various other supports to caseworkers and colleagues when necessary.

Once selected, you will be trained by our Apprenticeship training provider throughout your government funded Apprenticeship programme. Upon completion, you will be sitting in exam to complete your qualification.

**Job Type**: Full-time

**Salary**: National minimum wage. Hourly rate.
